Rob V. of Acton - I helped Rob deal with items in his mother's condo before the house went on the market. I sold items over the summer on Ebay and Craig's List and in the fall ran a moving sale with him.

Sven O. of Concord - Sven called me 5 days before he was planning on demolishing a house in West Concord. I went right over and took photographs and measurements. Over the next 4 days I advertised, handled calls and emails, and made appointments with a whole slew of buyers. I was present at the house to meet buyers, negotiate price, collect money, and supervise removal.

Barbara L. of West Concord- Barbara originally contacted me by phone from another continent! She had moved and was coming back to West Concord in a few days to close on her house. She needed everything she wasn't taking gone from her place ASAP. Before she even came back to the country, I had publicized and sold many items. She said she had expected to be in tears, overwhelmed with the work load. She was amazed when she came home by how much stuff was already gone. She was able to concentrate on sorting and packing, while I took care of the selling. Toward the end I ran a Moving Sale for her, and then assisted in dispersing the final remaining items to charity. She said she really appreciated my ability to listen to her, read her emotions, and to put her needs first.
